Walk away is my new answer.
Care or I’m Gone

With more than 10 years in IT, I had a chance to work in different areas, such as development, testing and management. I had a chance to work with PHP, Java, Python and .Net platforms with different application from microservices to monolithic and monstrous desktop UI applications.
Currently, I am holding the position of Senior Software Engineer, but I prefer to consider myself a full-stack engineer.
My passions are quality and efficiency. Agile fan and XP practitioner.
Honestly, I am tired of organisations getting so obsessed with profit, personal agendas, and politics.
So, I just walk away.
I don’t use Chrome, and I am steering away from Google Search.
Yes, Firefox is slower and not every site supports it, but at least it doesn’t sell or store my data - even in incognito (!!!) mode.
Yes, DuckDuckGo is less effective with search (for now), but at least it actually searches instead of shoving ads and lame AI summaries down my throat.
The list could go on forever, but unless a company has at least one of these:
a focus on the customer
a focus on the employees
…I’d rather not use its products or work for it, especially when it’s being hypocritical (saying one thing but doing another).
